Born To Win: A down on his luck heroin addict will resort to any crime to feed his addiction. Things begin to look up for him when he meets his new girlfriend, played by Karen Black, while attempting to steal her car. He knows that the relationship won't last, because even though the tattoo on his arm says "Born To Win", he's a loser through and through. Robert De Niro co-stars a narcotics detective whose methods are considered to be highly suspect and even illegal! Great performances are delivered by then unknowns who have become some of today's biggest stars.

As tensions and emotions mount at a weekend getaway, so does Sam's desire for a beautiful woman he's met.
