Based on the true story of social activist Ira Einhorn...

Ira Einhorn was a well known 1970's activist, a force to be reckoned with, far beyond the local hippie scene. His charm and seemingly harmless exterior brought him many followers and won the heart of Holly Maddux, a young, beautiful Bryn Mawr graduate. Yet, Ira had a much darker, violent side that after several years, Holly could no longer tolerate. She breaks off the relationship, and shortly thereafter, she disappears without a trace.

Her family begins the search for Holly and 18 months later, her body is found by the police in Ira's apartment. Believing he was framed, Ira flees the country with the help of his followers.

For 16 years, Holly's family struggles for justice searching the world for a man, convicted in abstention, who killed an innocent young woman in order to feed his egomania.

Features Golden Globe Nominee Kevin Anderson (Sleeping With the Enemy, Nothing Sacred) Emmy winner Tom Skerritt (Contact, Top Gun, Picket Fences), and Naomi Watts (The Ring, Mullholland Dr.).

Directed by William A. Graham (The Man Who Captured Eichman, Dying to Belong, Bed of Lies).
