Some Fairy Tales are Beyond Grim.

Helene Angel's stunning debut feature presents an unsettling story of brutality and domestic violence. Claiming to have run off and joined the Foreign Legion, Coco (Bernard Blancan) returns home to the Southern Alps after a mysterious fifteen-year absence. Despite his strange and withdrawn appearance, brothers Francky (Serge Riaboukine) and Alex (Pascal Cervo) welcome him back with open arms. His two nieces, however, recognize something far more sinister in the hallow-eyed and rotten-toothed loner. Before long, their fears become a reality, as Coco's unstable and increasingly threatening presence awakens a legacy of savage aggression within the family.
