When slacker Kevin Manley (Skeet Ulrich: Scream, As Good As It Gets) receives a letter from his long-lost grandfather telling him he has inherited land in Alaska, it seems to be the answer to his prayers for excitement and adventure. But there's a catch: in order to claim the land, Kevin must first compete in the world's toughest dog sled race across the frozen tundra of Alaska.
