In the 21st century, thrill-seekers have their deepest desires and most depraved fantasies filled at GANGSTER WORLD theme park, where guests interact with preprogrammed Robotic Carbon Units (RCU's). Strong, sexy and legally not human, they can't really fight back since it's not in their program.
When GANGSTER WORLD creator Dr. Greenstreet and naïve computer programmers Garland and Judy introduce a new super-computer, something goes wrong. There's a new RCU in town, called The Outsider, and he's not part of the program. His mission: to control GANGSTER WORLD, turning the city of sin into the most violent, dangerous place in the universe. Because everything is for sale.
