A trio of Clint Eastwood comedies

"Right turn, Clyde!" Clint Eastwood plays bare-knuckle fighter / good ol' boy Philo Beddoe, sharing the screen with Clyde the orangutan in two popular comedies full of bad-news bikers, crooks, lost loves, brawls and C&W stars and music: Every Which Way But Loose and Any Way Which You Can. Eastwood, a youngster in the 1930s, revisits Depression Era hard times in Honkytonk Man, the tale of a Dust Bowl drifter hoping to live his dream of a gig at the Grand Ole Opry. Clint and son Kyle offer touching performances in this knowing film directed by Eastwood.
