What ARE the "Rules"? For successful criminal attorney Michael Vigilante (Robert Capelli Jr.), they are a code of conduct for seducing beautiful women - quickly, smoothly, and often. Between bedroom conquests and rekindled affection for an old girlfriend (Christine Nagy), Michael must deal with his wise-cracking law partner (Jackie Martling), an inept prosecutor (Vincent Pastore - The Sopranos), a sex-starved judge (Nancy Strianni), a Mafia tough guy (Ken Del Vecchio), and a quack psychiatrist (Frank Gorshin).
