Jake Jorgensen had a handle on almost everything...

A critically-acclaimed, multiple-award-winning hit of the festival circuit, Lansdown has been hailed as a "wonderfully eccentric piece of filmmaking which...follows the conventions of a revenge thriller with such an oddly angled pair of eyes that the story takes a second place to Tom Zuber's skillfully inserted details...The true originality of Lansdown lies in Zuber's remarkable affinity for black comedy..." (Piers Handling, Toronto International Film Festival). In the first scene of this dark comedy, defense lawyer Jake Jorgenson learns of his wife's infidelity when he hears her orgasmic escapades on an audio tape made by a former client. As Jake tries to reclaim the life he prized by killing his wife’s lover, his carefully constructed façade begins to unravel. Asking the former client for help brings three amateur hitmen into the mix. Their "simple job" turns bad, raising the stakes for Jake and forcing him to take matter into his own hands...
