It's Mystery Science Theater 3000, America's only show that makes fun of really bad B movies from the comfort of a spaceship floating above Earth.Joel Hodgson, along with his mechanical companions, wisecracking Crow and well-read chick magnet Tom Servo, make suffering through Hollywood's worst films a breeze.Adding their own dialogue, barrage of witty remarks, and an occasional colorful skit, the next hour and a half will fly by like it were only 90 minutes. There's no ushers with flashlights, crying babies, or women with big hair to spoil the fun.

Watching Dr. Forrester replace Frank's blood with antifreeze is a lost less painful than sitting through Eegah.Richard Kiel stars in the title role as a cavemen wandering Palm Springs looking for grub and girls. When he finds beautiful Roxy, it seems every other minute he's hoisting her over his shoulder, to which Joel Hodgson comments, "She gets picked up so much she ought to have a handle."The film's hero, played by dough-faced Arch Hall, Jr., quickly becomes the butt of Joel, Crow, and especially Tom Servo's jokes, with such remarks as, "He looks like a Cabbage Patch Elvis."Even better than their wisecracking is our buddies skits, which include taking Crow's body temperature down to absolute zero and a horrifying experiment in which Joel's face is manipulated to resemble Arch Hall, Jr.'s.
