A Tale Of 4 Guys Who Like To Rock

From acclaimed filmmaker Jim Jarmusch (Ghost Dog, Stranger than Paradise) comes an up close and personal look into the band that has been captivating the world for over three decades. From the tragic loss of band member Danny Whitten to the camaraderie born out of years on the road, Jarmusch uses non-linear interviews and mixes rare footage from 1976 and 1986, with all-access footage from the band's 1996 tour. Filmed in 16mm and Super 8, the raw beauty of the film stocks exposes the incredible quality of the band's music as well as the chemistry among the four men. The concert footage is intense and the interviews and behind the scenes unveil the funny, edgy and emotional side of the band.It is obvious that they dig making music together.

These guys prove that Rock 'n' Roll is a lifelong spiritual quest above all…
